Any action that may compromise the security or integrity of our servers.
3. Monetization of Servers
Customers using our server hosting services are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service (TOS) of the games or software they host. If servers hosted by customers are monetized in any way, including but not limited to in-game purchases or donations, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with the respective game's or software's TOS and to handle any legal implications.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where users may seek refunds for our services. Please note that refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the circumstances surrounding the request.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
By using our server hosting services, you acknowledge and agree that any content, software, data, or resources hosted on our servers are 100 percent your intellectual property. We claim no ownership rights to your hosted content. You retain full control and responsibility for any intellectual property you upload, create, or manage on our servers. However, please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations and complies with our Terms of Service.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantee: We strive to provide a reliable server hosting service with almost continuous uptime. However, certain factors, including but not limited to server maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or weather events that may affect data centers, may result in service interruptions.
Downtime and Compensation: In the event of server downtime exceeding [Your Specified Downtime Threshold, e.g., 99% uptime], we will make reasonable efforts to correct the downtime promptly. While we aim to minimize service interruptions, please note that compensation for downtime is not guaranteed.
Compensation Terms: If server downtime exceeds the specified threshold and we determine that compensation is appropriate, compensation will be calculated based on the duration and impact of the downtime. Compensation may include, but is not limited to, service credits or extensions. The determination of compensation is at our sole discretion.
Exclusions: The following circumstances are excluded from this SLA:
Downtime resulting from user actions, including but not limited to misconfiguration, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Downtime caused by third-party services or applications hosted on your server.
Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance or server upgrades, for which we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Reporting Downtime: If you experience server downtime that you believe qualifies for compensation under this SLA, please report it to our support team promptly. We will investigate and assess the situation.
7. Data Uploads Disrupting Service:
Users are prohibited from uploading any software, mods, or other content that may disrupt service for either themselves or other users. Such actions will be treated as a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, and the user's account will be terminated, with their IP banned.
8. Data Backup Responsibility:
Users are solely responsible for their data backup. Crimson Servers does not provide data backup services, and any loss of data due to misconfiguration or other factors is the user's responsibility.
9. Billing Cycle:
Billing cycles for our services are either 30 days or two weeks, depending on the plan subscribed to by the user. Users can review their billing cycle in their account settings.
10. Early Termination:
If a user terminates their services before the end of the billing cycle, it does not guarantee compensation for the remainder of the service. Compensation for early termination is at the sole discretion of Crimson Servers and is not guaranteed.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
Crimson Servers reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website.

15. Server Maintenance:
For major server maintenance or changes that may impact service availability, we will provide advance notice on our Discord server at least 12 hours ahead of time. This allows users to plan accordingly and minimize any disruptions to their services.
16. Affiliate Program:
Note: Only select users may have access to our affiliate program, and participation is subject to specific terms and conditions.
16.1 Eligibility for Affiliate Program:
Our affiliate program allows eligible users to participate in referrals and earn commissions. Eligibility for the program is determined on a case-by-case basis, and not all users may have access to this program.
16.2 Commission Structure:
The commission structure for our affiliate program may vary and will be communicated individually to each affiliate. Commissions will be paid based on referrals and will be subject to terms and conditions specific to each affiliate.
